Veila reads what you choose to share for the intake or service you ask about, and for nothing else.
Some things should never reach us
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, unnecessary medical or legal records, or another person’s private information without their knowledge. If a question cannot be asked without one of those, write without it and say so. The question is usually still answerable.
Where an intake goes
The intake form is delivered by an outside form provider. Your name, email address and what you write pass through that provider on the way to us. We reply from our own inbox.
An intake is kept until you ask for it to be removed. You can ask at any time, and the request does not need a reason. Write to us through the intake form and say “please delete my intake”.
The site is served by an outside hosting provider, which keeps ordinary server records of requests.
What this site does not do
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no tracking scripts. What you read here is not recorded against you, and no profile is built from it. There are no visitor accounts, and nothing on these pages is personalised to who you are.
We do not share what you write with third parties, and we do not use it to train any system.
